How can I save roasted potatoes wedges so that they don’t become soggy?
I like to cut up red potatoes into small wedges, toss them with some spices and bake them so that they become nice and crisp. I’d like to make them ahead if possible, but even if I don’t, we always have leftovers that I’d like to save for the next night. Whenever I put them in sealed tupperware containers, they always get soggy and soft. Is there any way to keep them crisp? Thanks!
Just pop them back in the oven on a foil lined baking sheet for about 6 minutes on 400 degrees; they will be just like new!
