How can I restore nonstick quality to Greenpan cookware?
About a year ago I acquired several Greenpan frying pans with “Thermolon”. When we first used them we could fry eggs in them and they would actually slide around in the pan when tilted. Now, after much use, it’s a different story. We’re looking for a way to restore or enhance the nonstick quality of these pans if it’s possible. And, yes I did email this question to the company but haven’t yet received a reply.
If the non-stick coating is damaged, there’s no way to restore it at home. You don’t have the technology. That’s one reason I won’t buy non-stick. The coating does get damaged sooner or later, usually sooner, and then you have a pan that sticks. Go really “green” and buy pans that will perform the same way they did when new for 50 years and more. Stainless, cast iron, enamel.
