What are good autumn-inspired appetizers to make for a cocktail party? I’m making pumpkin roll for dessert.?
I’m having a casual cocktail party and am looking for easy appetizers to make. They can be inspired by the season or by Halloween. I’m making pumpkin roll with cream cheese filling for dessert, and would like to make a dip of some kind. I found a recipe for pumpkin pie dip, but that might be overkill. Any suggestions?
I love mini meatballs, I use frozen and bake, with a jar of chili sauce and a small jar of grape jelly. Heat the jelly and chili sauce until the jelly melts and add the cooked meatballs. It sounds sooooo gross, and I couldn’t believe the recipe until I tried it. It is sooo good. You do need toothpicks, but I bet they will fly off the table, you can put them in a crock pot to keep them warm, or a sterno type warmer.
