Bread maker question?
i have a sunbeam breadmaker and just used it for the first time and the bread came out doughy.
I’m not a good cook so I’m not sure how to alter the ingredients so that it isn’t doughy the next time around.
Has anyone got any tips on that?
(more flour, less water etc????)

I haven’t used a breadmaker in a while, but for one thing, the key with getting a consistently decent product in baking is weighing your ingredients like flour. Every; recipe and breadmaker is different, not to mention where you live, level of humidity, type of flour you use/strength of flour and other factors. Your first time turning out the way it did is no big deal, you’ll just make a few adjustments next time, by adding a bit more flour. Do it in some consistent increments though if possible, and make notes in your recipe so you know for future reference!
