How do I deep fry Chicken wings in my deep fryer?
I just got a deep fryer (from a garage sale, so I do not have any instructions) ..What type of oil do I use and how much oil do I put into the deep fryer?..also any good recipes for the batter?..I want to make them crispy!.

I would suggest using peanut oil for chicken, it has a better flavor, and is (slightly) healthier than vegetable oil, and cheaper than olive oil, basically just preheat the oil to 350 degrees (you might want to invest in a kitchen thermometer) and fill the deep fryer up to roughly 3/4 of the way full with oil, maybe a little less, and just heat the oil and then drop your (prepared) chicken in there, for about 4 or 5 minutes per pound.
