Little Smokies recipe share….?
I have an Apricot Mustard Lil Smokies Appetizer recipe to share. Please share yours if you have a tried & true one!
4 lbs lil smokies -remove from package & pat dry
2 -18 oz jars of apricot preserves
1 cup mustard
8 or more scallions (long green onions) chopped
In a 4 qt minimum crockpot or saucepan, combine the above. Cover & heat over low setting or heat about 3 hours or until heated through. Sauce will thicken as it cools. It is very good over mashed potatoes to make a meal. -with a salad as a side!

1 # bacon
1 cup brown sugar
cut bacon slices in 1/2, wrap 1 piece around each smokie. place in 9 x13 pan sprinkle brown sugar on top..bake 350 oven until bacon is done..check after 15-20 min..enjoy
