Results of Green Bean Casserole in a Crock Pot?
I have a pot luck on friday and I’m supposed to bring green bean casserole. How do you think it would turn out in the crock pot? I could brown the fried onions and bag them then put all the ingredients, except the fried onions in the crock and add the browned onions to the top just before the pot luck…
Is this a bad idea? Do you think the beans would be too soupy? Have you tried this and have any suggestions??

maybe cook it in the over first.. and then transfer to the pot on low heat to keep it warm but it should keep the right consistency.. I think cooking in the crock pot would make it a little to soupy and then just brown the FF onions and add on top after its in the pot Good luck
